Time can deal your life a win We don't want to wait Here we go sight seeing in the wrong lane And I got you babe Taking your time I got your number I cant remember the last time I tried to fake it and make it Taking your time I've got your number Oh I've tried to make it One more second in fact To get this in so she cant get me back She don't feel the way I feel for too long Time didn't even break this and I can relate it You don't want to see Taking your time I got your number I cant remember the last time I tried to fake it and make it Taking your time I've got your number Oh I've tried to make it I can see you Do you want to see do you want to be I cant see you Do you want to be with me? Taking your time I got your number I can't remember the last time I tried to fake it and make it Taking your time I've got your number Oh I've tried to make it

Tableside 03:37
"Tableside" by Richie Blais from his new album Troubled Twenty-Five, out now. © 2015 POPPED PUBLISHING It's been a long time since I have seen you I really did miss that face And other times that I deceived you I just stood up and walked away Lies all lies I know The moves I made that were bold Age defied our room to grow And all those those stories that I told I was living in the moment Not thinking about us More than just confusion Digging us a rut Whats changed in your life? What was your wrong with your last? And no one can hope high When i threw it in the trash Was it wrong or was it right To get you here, tableside Shoot me answer we've had all this time Baby just come home with me tonight I was living in the moment Not thinking about us More than just confusion Digging us a rut

Tin Man 03:16
Sometimes late when things are real And people share the gift of gab between themselves Some are quick to take the bait And catch the perfect prize that waits among the shelves And Oz never did give nothing to the Tin Man That he didn't, didn't already have And Cause never was the reason for the evening Or the tropic of Sir Galahad. So please believe in me When I say I'm spinning round, round Smoke glass stain bright color Image going down, down Soaps buds* green like bubbles And Oz never did give nothing to the Tin Man That he didn't, didn't already have And Cause never was the reason for the evening Or the tropic of Sir Galahad So please believe in me When I say I'm spinning round, round, round, round Smoke glass stain bright color Image going down, down, down, down Soaps buds* green like bubbles And Oz never did give nothing to the Tin Man That he didn't, didn't already have And Cause never was the reason for the evening Or the tropic of Sir Galahad So please believe in me

Empty Now 04:45
Settled out west And I found my own nest I call home No ones inside but the music I like, I suppose Live and let die, the rules Don't apply that I wrote And given the time, the months passed us by But she knows, she knows Cause I'm empty now and thats okay Plenty of time, and longer days And life slows down, I haven't made Any headlines on your front page I read the news on you That I do Lose I do Cause I'm empty now and thats okay Plenty of time, and longer days And life slows down, I haven't made Any headlines on your front page I read the news on you That I do Lose I do

I've been taking my time, losing sleep, writing rhymes Looking out ahead swiping left and right But i know theres an answer i've had this whole time At Troubled Twenty-Five Walk don't run, take advice from a nun Father reconciles all you've done Keep your head up high and smile We'll be here a while Oh no no, don't you know that will be here We'll be here a while Don't you know? Had a friend he died not sure why The gun in his hand took his own damn life But I know theres an answer he was never able to find At Troubled Twenty-Five Walk don't run, take advice from a nun Father reconciles all you've done Keep your head up high and smile We'll be here a while At Troubled Twenty-Five Oh no no, don't you know that will be here We'll be here a while Don't you know?

Hey there Ms. Hollywood I didn't mean to say your scared Confidence is key, but I think your unprepared So I said lay there Ms. Hollywood Don't you think you ought to try? And take a little help, before you touch the sky Yea the drinking's getting old The lines will keep you wired Your family's on the phone They thought you expired So you're right back onto the lake boat Though you never really tried Your friends they tried to call Their worried you might die And your sinking with the lake boat And times about expired These people you call friends Their pretty little liars Yea the drinking's getting old The lines will keep you wired Your family's on the phone They thought you expired And hey there Ms. Hollywood Saw you play Ft. Myers Such a long drive, with no tread on your tires Goodbye Ms. Hollywood I hope you keep on going Cause the words that you sing Keep the wind from blowing

Windows 05:26
Here, here I go Im leaving now on my own Bye, bye for now I'll see you when I'm around And I've, I've stayed too long My hands and my face are getting numb Please, please stop crying You've got your wish, goodbye I'm scared of all the windows Its stones they throw I'm scared of all the windows It's glass they know I sit here by my phone And I'm waiting for the green lights to show Just give me a sign, give me a flat line Give me some moonshine to go Lead me out while I scream and shout Take me to higher ground I'm in a dream, reality is what it seems And I, I don't have the means Scared of all the windows Its stones they throw Scared of all the windows Its glass they know Have you seen the news today? Have you seen the news? Things aren't going our way I wanna see you soon

The night time falls, and no one knows where All these pictures on the wall, I sit around and stare And baby the moon don't shine But i know your over there Yea baby the moon the don't shine I know you've gone somewhere Everyday we find, another game to play They try and ask me why, I stick around anyways Thats where the moon don't shine The love just fades away Thats where the moon don't shine We strain and separate.

She put it all right behind Let the boyfriend go And went out for a drive Says theres to many flaws That she doesn't want at all Says theres to many brawls And we'd take the fall Don't pretend we've gone over again And I'll be more So don't close that door She's just trying to go along Working every night And paying for it all Says theres to many signs And she doesn't have the time Says theres to many fights Knows what she wants inside Don't pretend we've gone over again And I'll be more So don't close that that door Don't close that door, yea were worth fighting for Yea we were, we were worth fighting for

What a night on the Webster Square I'd rather just stay home And the roads are getting thin I drive out alone And the walls were standing tall But now there caving Still their lives are going strong My patience wearing Sorry babe I lost my mind I don't expect forgiveness but give it time If your happy now than I'm alright I need another chance to shine We stayed Friends through it all and now were sailing All this time You know were trailing There was signs of a tunnel light But no ones prevailing So we let it all go And just start bailing Sorry babe I lost my mind I don't expect forgiveness but give it time If your happy now than I'm alright I need another chance to shine

I motioned in, you read me, you let me I won't re spin, I think when I'm ready It's hope that wins on the side of a stage The talent grins they all look of age. We shadowed in and followed parades The tide blew in we fell through the grave It felt that way Stood back in line, moved my head to the side And I'd like to see if I have still got time Fell to the floor the way that I had before So I settled down and found the only door Lets go find ourselves and seize the day Cause in the end we don't want to feel that way But it felt that way We closed the door A voice in my head, asks for more So I kept saying no, no, no

about

Being 25 isn't easy for everybody, in Richie Blais's Troubled Twenty-Five he writes about just that. Whether it's dying friends, empty emotions, or failed relationships there's something to be said about the age. Richie is able to show heart felt emotions with string bending guitar solos that define him as a musician and as a guitar player. Record producer Eric Daubney puts together an album that fires on all cylinders, and in the end compliments Richie's theme of not seeing the road ahead.
